Tape-in hair extensions are a popular method for adding length and volume to hair. They are semi-permanent extensions made of high-quality human or synthetic hair, attached to the client’s natural hair using adhesive tape. Here’s what you can expect from a tape-in hair extension service:


Process

    1.    Consultation:

    •    During a consultation, your stylist will assess your hair type, texture, and desired look.

    •    You’ll choose the extension color, length, and volume that best suits your needs.

    2.    Preparation:

    •    Your natural hair will be washed and blow-dried to remove oils or residue that may affect adhesion.

    3.    Application:

    •    The stylist will section your hair and attach the extensions by sandwiching small sections of natural hair between two adhesive strips.

    •    The process usually takes 1-2 hours, depending on the amount of hair being applied.

    4.    Styling:

    •    After the extensions are applied, the stylist will blend and style them to look seamless and natural.


Maintenance

    •    Lifespan: Tape-in extensions typically last 6-8 weeks before needing a move-up.

    •    Care: Use sulfate-free products, avoid oil-based products near the tape, and brush gently to prevent slippage.

    •    Reinstallation: The extensions can be reused up to 3-4 times if cared for properly.


Cost:

We charge $5 per a tape. For example if you have 20 pieces of tape times it by 5 to get the total for your installation. I have discounted prices on over 100 pieces/Tapes.
