All sales are final and there areĀ no refunds.Ā Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your orderĀ in original packaged, resell-able condition with order number.
Send your hair back to usĀ in the originalĀ box.
Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process theĀ exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless, if the default was made by Her Royal Hair.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.Ā We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrappingĀ the bundles or removing the rubber bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.Ā If you are unsure, please show your stylist.
If itās determined that Her Royal HairĀ is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
āSALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds. Exchanges on sale items purchased are accepted ifĀ packaged isĀ return in it originalĀ packaging and notĀ alternated .
